Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the complete Accounts & Finance function.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, MIS and cash-flow management.
- Oversee hospital revenue, receivables, payables and cost control.
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Handle internal/statutory audits and financial reporting.
- Monitor TPA/Insurance receivables and collections.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS and variance reports.
- Strengthen internal controls and identify financial leakages.
- Provide strategic financial inputs to Senior Management.




- Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.

Candidate Profile:

- CA Qualified with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
- Hospital/Healthcare finance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, budgeting and financial controls.
- Excellent Excel/ERP/Tally and MIS reporting skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
- High integrity and accountability.
