Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings including layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Modify and revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers for design accuracy.
Prepare drawings as per local building bylaws and standards.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
Support site team with drawings and clarifications when required.
Ensure drawings are completed within project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Basic knowledge of construction drawings and real estate projects.
Understanding of building plans, sections,



and detailing.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills (Optional)
Knowledge of 3D tools like SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
Site coordination experience.
Familiarity with residential and commercial real estate projects.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
