Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
Oversee daily landscaping activities across multiple project sites
Ensure proper planting techniques, spacing, leveling, and finishing
Monitor hardscape and softscape work (lawns, irrigation, pathways, etc.)
Team Management
Supervise labor teams, gardeners, and contractors
Assign daily tasks and ensure productivity
Maintain discipline and workflow efficiency in office
Material Handling
Coordinate delivery and usage of plants, soil, manure, and materials
Prevent wastage and ensure proper storage of plants and supplies
Quality Control
Ensure plants are healthy and planted correctly
Maintain quality standards as per client expectations
Identify and rectify issues proactively
Client Coordination
Act as the in office point of contact for clients or consultants




Provide updates on work progress
Handle basic client queries professionally
Reporting
Maintain daily work reports (labor, materials, progress)
Share updates with management regularly
Highlight delays, risks, or requirements in advance

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
