Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineerwith Playwright for a full time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a leading public safety technology company. The company offers a unified, cloud-native platform that supports every aspect of public safety operations. Its integrated suite of products enables agencies to share data seamlessly, respond faster, and operate with greater transparency and accountability.

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of commercial experience with automation testing
3+ years of commercial experience with Playwright
Test case management experience with Testmo is a strong plus
Proven track record of building or scaling automation frameworks from scratch
Experience with TypeScript/JS in test automation
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients)
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and best practices
Experience working in Agile environment




Upper-intermediate level of English or higher

NICE TO HAVE
Knowledge of performance and security testing
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Familiarity with up-to-date frontend frameworks (Vue, React, Angular)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend automation frameworks using Playwright.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases.
Participate in requirements analysis, test planning, and acceptance criteria definition.
Execute and maintain automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines.
Drive test automation strategy and best practices, with a solid focus on maintainability and performance.
Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
Contribute to functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
