We are looking for a proactive and organized CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain database records, and support sales and marketing activities through CRM software.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer data in CRM software
Handle lead generation, follow-ups, and customer communication
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
Maintain daily reports and customer interaction records
Track leads, inquiries, and conversions
Ensure timely response to customer queries
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of CRM software
Positive communication and follow-up skills
Knowledge of Excel and data management
Preferred:
Experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support
