Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Oversee all phases of ground-mounted solar projects from design to commissioning.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and O&M; teams.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and government agencies.
Supervise civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical activities on-site.
Ensure correct installation of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, and cabling.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
Track progress against project timelines and budgets.
Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly project reports for management.
Implement risk management and quality control measures.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a secure working setting at the project site.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

Education: Any engineering in technical.

Should have 5 to 6 Years of experience in Solar Ground Mounting Sales

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
