Ensure the brand’s tone, identity, and consistency are maintained across channels.

Growth & Engagement Management
Develop new ideas and strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
Monitor insights, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize content.
Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely manner.

Collaboration & Outreach
Reach out and coordinate with:
Marketing and PR agencies
Creators and TikTokers
Restaurants, schools,



and community partners for collaborations
Handle basic communication, negotiation, and follow-ups for partnerships.

Administrative & Support Tasks
Support in executing marketing campaigns and offline/online activities.
Coordinate for shoot requirements, content approvals, and deliverables.
Assist with miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Robust understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to come up with creative ideas, hook points, and viral content formats.
