Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Handle employee documentation and joining formalities

Maintain attendance and employee records

Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities





Coordinate with employees regarding company policies and updates

Maintain HR files and reports

Support payroll-related data entry and documentation work

Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Basic understanding of Tally preferred

Positive communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a team setting
