Job Description - Telecalling Executive

Position: Telecalling Executive
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Location: Mohali, Punjab

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Explain company services/products to customers.
Generate leads and maintain customer database.
Follow up with interested clients and schedule meetings if required.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call reports and update records in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with internal departments for customer support.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills:
Positive communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
Confident and polite speaking skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Positive attitude and convincing ability.
Ability to work in a team.

Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
