Prepare and send machine quotations to customers.
Create and share Proforma Invoices (PI) with customers.
Collect customer GST and billing details.
Coordinate with the Customer Care/Operations team by sharing confirmed Purchase Orders.
Coordinate receipt of customer samples and provide dispatch/receiving addresses.
Maintain proper communication and follow-up with customers regarding samples and orders.
Provide feedback and lead quality updates from advertisement campaigns to the Performance Marketing team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kirti Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
Bachelor's (preferred)
