nResponsibilities
ncorporate accounting, fund accounting, real estate funds, reconciliation, general Ledger.

Manage fixed assets for office equipment and build outs and Corporate IT projects.n
Assist with preparation of monthly journal entries related to accruing skilled fees related to G&A;, IT projects, tax estimates, payroll, and other corporate expenses.n
Assist with analysis of the G&A; Expenses at Corporate level to identify key drivers for changes in performance, trends, and potential anomalies, for management review.n

BA/BS in relevant fieldn
3+ years of experiencen
3 years relevant in real estaten
nRequired Skills

Attention to detail for timely and accurate reportingn
Advanced skills in Microsoft Exceln
Prior Corporate Accounting Experience (preferred)n

Real Estate Industry (preferred)n
