Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule interview rounds.
Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Assist in onboarding and HR documentation.
Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring trackers.
Qualifications:
Graduate (BBA, BMS, B.Com, BA) or MBA (HR):
Freshers are welcome to apply.:
Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment processes is preferred.
