We are hiring a Director Finance & Accounting for one of our prestigious clients in the Staffing & IT Services industry. This is a leadership prospect for an experienced finance professional who can drive financial excellence, statutory compliance, and strategic business operations.

Essential Job Functions:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Finance & Accounting function,



including Financial Reporting, Taxation, Payroll, and Compliance.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, Client, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
Manage corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
Oversee payroll operations for a large employee base.
Drive process improvements, internal controls, and audit readiness.
Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic decision-making.
Lead and mentor the finance team while ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting leadership roles.
Solid expertise in Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Payroll, GST, TDS, PF, Client, and Advantages Administration.
Experience working with Staffing, IT Services, or Consulting organizations is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MS Office.
