POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION:
Responsible for Sales of Industrial consumable products by implementing Sales plan in WEST REGION to achieve sustainable and profitable growth. To work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. This role will be resposible for the addition of Current Customers and Managment of existing customers in the Western region(Maharashtra / Gujarat). Identifcation of New business opportunities and conversion of the same. It also involve working with pears of various department heads to acheive the Sales Growth.
JOB SUMMARY:
Develop effective and creative sales strategies for the assigned territory
Implementing Sales Plan.
Develop New Customer Business / Approach Customers. Identify and Transalate the market opportunities in Western Region into sales
Meeting targeted revenue and KPI of the products handled
Develop & Maintain Excellent Customer relations in the market
Interaction with all the leading customers for the development of new applications.



Responsible for identification of market trends & prediction of their market impact within the assigned segment
Conducting Product Trials at Customers End.
Provide Solutions in Consultation with Technical Support
Management of Receivables. Follow up for payments
Handling quality concerns with the support of Plant Quality Team
To Developed and find new Prospect 12 . Industrial Customer / segments Handling : Steel / Refineries / Tyre / Wind Mill / Electrical / Chemical and Fertilizers Industry Customers
