About The Job:
We are looking for a skilled GIS/.NET Developer with 5–8 years of experience in C#, .NET Framework/.NET 8, ArcObjects, and ArcGIS Pro SDK.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and modernizing GIS applications, particularly for aviation and airport feature workflows, with solid expertise in spatial databases, geometry processing, and geospatial data management.

Essential Job Functions:
GIS Application Development
Migrate legacy ArcObjects-based applications to ArcGIS Pro CoreHost (ArcGIS.Core).
Modernize aviation GIS workflows for airport-related features such as:
Runways
Taxiways
Airport networks
Design, develop, and maintain GIS-based desktop and headless applications.
Develop high-performance geospatial processing solutions.

Geometry & Spatial Processing
Develop and optimize geometry processing operations including:




Buffer
Intersect
Union
Reprojection
Perform spatial data modeling and geospatial analysis.
Ensure effective handling of large spatial datasets.

Data Integration & Automation
Build and maintain automated data import/export pipelines.
Handle data conversion between:
Shapefiles
Geodatabases
XML
JSON
Oracle Spatial
Develop CLI/Console applications with Python and ArcPy integration.
Automate GIS workflows and data processing tasks.

Map Rendering & Performance Optimization
Develop map rendering solutions for vector and raster datasets.
Implement ICAO-compliant symbology and map layering.
Optimize application performance through:
Productive cursor handling
Memory management
COM cleanup

Database Development
Design and administer spatial databases.
Develop SQL and PL/SQL queries.
Manage Oracle Spatial databases and optimize spatial queries.
