Background:
Project Management
Plan, track, and drive execution of business initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are met
Coordinate across cross-functional teams to remove blockers and maintain momentum
Maintain project documentation, roadmaps,



and status reports for leadership visibility

Product Management
Support product discovery by gathering and synthesizing requirements from stakeholders and end users
Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Prioritize features/backlogs in collaboration with product owners based on business impact
Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure product output aligns with business goals

Descriptive Analytics
Conduct in-depth analysis of large-scale historical business data to uncover trends, correlations, and root-cause performance drivers across campaigns and channels
Architect and maintain automated, scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks (SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau) enabling real-time tracking of KPIs
Apply statistical techniques (cohort analysis, trend decomposition, variance analysis) to move beyond surface-level reporting into deeper diagnos
