About the Role

As the Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing,



and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms while managing marketplace operations for leading ecommerce channels.

Working closely with creative, content, ecommerce, and sales teams, you'll manage media budgets, improve campaign performance, optimize marketplace listings, and identify opportunities to increase online sales, brand visibility, and return on advertising spend (ROAS). This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
Manage media budgets and optimize spend allocation to maximize campaign performance.
