Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Non-Voice Process Executive role based in Mumbai. The role involves processing and validating healthcare-related data, reviewing medical records or claims, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards and client requirements. The executive will handle back-office tasks, maintain detailed documentation, and update systems and databases without direct voice interaction with customers. Daily responsibilities include analyzing information,



resolving discrepancies, supporting customer service goals through non-voice channels, and collaborating with internal teams to meet performance and quality targets.
Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to review healthcare data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to uphold service standards through non-voice processes.
Effective Communication skills, including clear written communication and documentation.
Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to support quality outcomes and service-level expectations.
Familiarity with healthcare or insurance processes, medical terminology, or claims processing is an advantage.
Proficiency with MS Office tools and data entry software; excellent attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work in a structured, target-driven workplace and collaborate with cross-functional teams
