Position: Videographer & Video Editor – Real Estate / Matterport Technician
Experience: 1–3 years in photography, 360° photography, Matterport, real estate photography, or video production.

Proho is looking for a technically proficient and creative videographer & video editor with hands-on experience in Matterport scanning, 3D property photography, videography, video editing, and basic graphic designing.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing in office property shoots, 3D scans, 360° photography, qualified property photography, video recording, and post-production activities. The role will also involve creating and managing Matterport digital twins and preparing high-quality visual and digital assets for property listings.
The candidate will be expected to ensure that all photographs, videos, 3D scans, and related digital assets meet Proho’s defined quality standards, visual guidelines, and operational requirements, while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across all assignments.

Key Responsibilities
Property Visit & Shoot Preparation:




• Conduct site visits to residential properties and societies for Matterport and 360° shoots.
• Coordinate with property owners, channel partners, society representatives, and internal operations teams.
• Inspect properties prior to shoots and ensure rooms and areas are adequately prepared.
• Assess lighting, cleanliness, furniture placement, accessibility, and other site conditions.
• Plan the scanning route to ensure complete and systematic property coverage.
Matterport & 360° Scanning
• Operate Matterport-compatible cameras and qualified 360° cameras.
• Conduct complete 3D scans, 360° captures, photographs, and virtual walkthroughs.
• Maintain appropriate camera positioning, height, overlap, and scanning sequence.
• Ensure complete coverage of all relevant areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, balconies, entrances, and common areas.
