About the Role:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Channel Partner team for our Bandra office. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in Mumbai's residential market, with robust focus on Bandra to Khar/Santacruz belt. The candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, arranging client meetings, assisting Team Leaders in achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Sales
Conduct daily cold calling and follow-up calls on assigned leads to generate qualified prospects for Bandra residential projects.
Identify potential buyers and understand their property requirements specifically for Bandra location.




Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients for premium Bandra residential inventory.
Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients.

Client Meetings & Site Visits
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, property presentations, and site visits within Bandra.
Attend client meetings independently or along with Team Leaders as required.
Assist clients throughout the decision-making and booking process.
Ensure a skilled and positive client experience at every touchpoint.

Sales Coordination & Follow-Ups
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
Coordinate with Team Leaders and internal teams regarding client requirements and project updates.
Track customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, site visits, and booking opportunities.
