About Crenzo Crenzo is building a creator-performance platform that connects brands with micro-influencers and UGC creators. We help brands discover the right creators, execute creator campaigns, manage content and understand what performs. We are currently building our

100-day MVP and are looking for Client Service Interns to work closely with our brand clients and internal campaign team.

About the Role As a

Client Service Intern , you will be the day-to-day communication point between

Crenzo and our brand clients . Your role is to make sure clients receive a smooth experience throughout their creator campaigns. You will coordinate with: Client → Crenzo Team → Creators → Content Team This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, managing relationships, following up and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities Client Communication

Communicate with clients through WhatsApp, email and calls. Understand client requirements and campaign objectives. Share campaign updates and timelines. Respond to client queries promptly. Coordinate meetings and follow-ups. Maintain professional relationships with clients. Collect client feedback and communicate it to the internal team. Campaign Management

Understand campaign briefs from clients. Coordinate creator shortlisting and approvals. Track campaign timelines and deliverables. Follow up with creators for content submissions. Coordinate revisions and approvals. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time. Escalate issues to the Senior CS / Campaign Manager. Client Reporting

Maintain client and campaign information in CRM/Google Sheets. Track campaign status. Prepare basic campaign updates.



Collect content and performance information. Help prepare post-campaign reports. Client Retention

Follow up after campaign completion. Understand client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for repeat campaigns. Maintain regular communication with existing clients. Help the team build long-term brand relationships.

Previous client servicing/customer success internship Sales or business development experience Agency experience Digital marketing knowledge Social media/Instagram knowledge Influencer marketing knowledge Freshers are welcome to apply.
