Center Manager : 5+ years experience

Manage center operations and team.

Achieve sales and revenue targets.

Handle customer counselling, conversions and retention.

Monitor daily performance and ensure smooth operations.

Reporting: Maintain daily sales report, follow-up sheet and CRM updates.

Inside sales consultant : 3+ years experience

Counselling & Conversion: Counsel walk-in clients & telephonic leads about our Weight Loss, Skin, Hair and Wellness treatments and convert them into sales.

Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals consistently.

Client Consultation: Understand client needs, explain treatment plans, packages, and offers convincingly.

Customer Relationship: Build strong rapport with clients, handle objections, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Coordination: Coordinate with Doctors,



Therapists and Front Office team for smooth client journey.

Reporting: Maintain daily sales report, follow-up sheet and CRM updates.

Admin manager : 3+ years experience

Manage daily office administration and operations

Handle customer complaints and service-related issues

Handle Weight Loss, Skin & Hair customer concerns

Manage refund, money-back and payment-related issues

Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams

Maintain staff records and administrative reports

Handle escalated and legal customer complaints
