Job Responsibilities:

- · Develop and execute retail business strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- · Own the retail business P&L; and deliver revenue and profitability targets.
- · Build and manage a strong retail sales and distribution network.
- · Ensure productive execution across all retail operations.
- · Work with teams to develop a commercially attractive product portfolio.
- · Coordinate with teams to maintain efficient product flow.
- · Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- · Leverage export-import capabilities for international retail opportunities.
- · Build and lead a high-performing retail organization.
- · Establish robust business dashboards and reporting systems.
