A leading Welding Training Institute is looking for Tele Counsellors to join our admissions team.

Position: Tele Counsellor
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Work Mode: Hybrid
Salary: Attractive salary + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets
Follow up with prospective student leads
Coordinate with training departments for admissions and batch scheduling
Maintain admission records
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Ensure timely communication with students and parents

Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Robust organizational and coordination abilities
Target-oriented approach

Candidates with experience in education, training institutes, admissions, tele calling, or counselling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
