Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the safe boarding and deboarding of students from the school bus.

- Supervise students throughout the bus journey and maintain discipline and proper behaviour.

- Ensure that all students remain seated safely while the bus is moving.

- Assist young children, especially while getting on and off the bus.

- Ensure that no student is left behind in the bus after reaching the destination.

- Maintain a proper count of students while boarding, travelling, and deboarding.

- Coordinate with the bus driver, transport in-charge, school authorities, and parents/guardians when required.

- Ensure students are dropped off only at their designated stops and to the authorised parent/guardian, wherever applicable.

- Report any disciplinary issue, accident, injury, illness, or unusual incident immediately to the transport in-charge/HR.

- Ensure that students do not stand, move around unnecessarily, put their hands/head outside the window, or engage in unsafe activities.





- Assist students in carrying their school bags and other belongings when necessary.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly setting inside the bus.

- Check the bus before leaving and after the route to ensure that no student or belongings are left inside.

- Follow all school transport safety rules and procedures.

- Be punctual and report for duty at the assigned time.

- Maintain professional, polite, and respectful behaviour with students, parents, drivers, and school staff.

- Perform any other transport-related duties assigned by the School Management/Transport In-charge.

- Patient, polite, and well-mannered.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to handle children calmly and safely.

- Punctual and disciplined.

- Physically fit to assist students when required.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 per month
