Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the weld shop, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Coordinate with team members to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and improve productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in body shop maintenance or related field (automobile manufacturing).
- Solid knowledge of FANUC PLCs, conveyors, robotics, Siemens PLCS, welding techniques, and weld shop equipment.
- Proven track record in managing teams and implementing effective maintenance strategies.
