Role Description The Blended Process Associate (Health Insurance - 35k) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The associate will handle a mix of voice and non-voice operations related to health insurance, including responding to customer inquiries, processing policy-related requests, and updating records accurately in internal systems.

Responsibilities include verifying customer information, clarifying policy coverage and benefits, resolving basic issues or routing complex cases, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, meeting productivity and quality targets, and maintaining professional, clear communication in every interaction.



The associate will also support documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, with the ability to explain health insurance information in a simple, accurate manner.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle queries patiently, manage difficult conversations, and maintain a professional tone across voice and non-voice channels.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with data entry, email tools, and office productivity software; comfort working with multiple systems and screens.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing health insurance data, documentation, and record updates, with a focus on compliance and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Prior experience in BPO, insurance, or healthcare processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent. Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
