Job Responsibilities

- Call interested customers and explain relevant banking and insurance products.
- Follow up with customers regarding their insurance policies and renewal reminders.
- Provide timely reminders and basic information about policy renewals.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them toward suitable products.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer records.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or above.




- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable with customer calling and follow-ups.
