- 9+ years of experience in QA, Test Automation, and Team Leadership is a must.
- Strong hands-on coding skills in Java, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience in designing and developing automation frameworks.
- Strong experience in UI, API, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
- Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.
- Experience in CI/CD automation and integrating test frameworks into pipelines.
- Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered testing tools.
- Experience using AI tools to improve test automation, test coverage, and QA productivity.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and guide QA teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, QA processes, and software development lifecycle.
- Positive communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
