- Identify and source FMCG products, suppliers and manufacturers.
- Develop, onboard and manage vendors across India.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, quality and delivery.
- Conduct market research, competitor and price benchmarking.
- Identify new products, vendors and business opportunities.
- Manage sourcing from vendor identification to final product delivery.
- Ensure competitive pricing, quality and timely product availability.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Coordinate with Category, Quality, Operations, Warehouse and Finance teams.
- Support cost optimisation and category growth.
- Solid understanding of FMCG products, pricing and supplier markets.
- Experience in General Trade / Modern Trade / Retail / E-Commerce preferred.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Candidates with a strong FMCG supplier network in East India/Jharkhand will be preferred.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
