Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to handle end-to-end recruitment for retail store positions across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk hiring, frontline recruitment, and stakeholder management within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail store positions including Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Team Leaders, Cashiers, Customer Service Associates, Housekeeping Staff, and Store Executives.
- Partner with Operations and Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, walk-ins, and local hiring drives.
- Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and initial assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and closures.
- Drive bulk and volume hiring initiatives to support new store openings and replacement hiring.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.




- Ensure smooth offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring productivity.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets as defined by the business.

Required Skills
- Solid experience in retail store recruitment and volume hiring.
- Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and internal references.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within tight timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and ATS platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail store hiring.
- Experience in supermarket, retail, FMCG, QSR, or organized retail recruitment is preferred.
