About the Internship

Webzyro Technologies Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates and coordinate interviews.
Schedule and follow up on interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in posting job openings on recruitment platforms.
Handle candidate communication through calls, emails, and messages.
Assist the HR team with recruitment and other HR-related tasks.

Requirements




Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a skilled environment.
