A fabrication engineer plans, oversees, and improves the manufacturing of metal structures and products from raw materials.
Develop manufacturing plans, sequence of operations, and tooling requirements.
Work with designers to review blueprints and ensure products are optimized for production.
Choose appropriate raw materials based on strength, cost, and availability.
Monitor production to ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry quality standards.
Resolve technical issues, equipment malfunctions, or production delays.
Design and optimize manufacturing workflows, cutting, forming, and welding operations.
Monitor production yields, inspect final outputs, and lead root-cause analysis for any defects.
Oversee daily factory floor operations, manage schedules, and train workers on equipment use.
Track project budgets, choose raw materials, and work with vendors to source parts.
Enforce workplace safety rules and maintain standard operating procedures

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
