We are looking for an energetic and dependable Field Executive for Shimla. The role involves daily field travel, meeting customers and potential clients, generating leads, supporting business development, and submitting regular field reports.

The selected candidate will cover Shimla and nearby allocated locations and should be comfortable working independently in a target-oriented field role.

Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits in Shimla and assigned nearby locations.
Meet retailers, customers, dealers, farmers, institutions, and prospective business partners.
Identify new leads, explain company offerings, and follow up until conversion.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and support repeat orders.
Gather market intelligence on customer demand, pricing, competitors, and current local opportunities.
Support local marketing activities, product demonstrations, field meetings, and campaigns.
Coordinate with the office team for order processing, delivery updates, customer records, payments, and collections.
Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups, orders, issues, and field expenses.
Meet assigned activity, lead-generation, and business-development targets.

Requirements




Graduate preferred; 12th pass candidates with relevant field experience may apply.
Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, pharmaceutical distribution, agriculture, telecom, insurance, or customer acquisition is preferred.
Valuable communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Maps, phone calls, and smartphone-based reporting.
Local Shimla candidate or someone familiar with the surrounding market is preferred.
Must be punctual, self-motivated, presentable, and comfortable meeting targets.
Mandatory: Candidate must own a two-wheeler, be confident riding it, and hold a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
Mandatory: Candidate must be willing to travel daily by bike for field work.
