About the Role

Optimark Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and well-mannered Office Boy / Peon to support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, responsible, polite, and willing to handle routine office support and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic documentation work.
Deliver and collect documents, letters, and other office materials when required.
Assist in arranging files, stationery, and other office supplies.
Purchase or collect routine office requirements from nearby markets.
Help with opening and closing basic office arrangements, as required.
Assist staff members with general day-to-day office support.
Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are neat and ready for use.
Perform other reasonable office-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass; 12th Pass preferred.
Previous office/helper/peon experience will be an advantage, but freshers can also apply.




Should be punctual, honest, disciplined, and dependable.
Good manners and a polite attitude toward colleagues and visitors.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks responsibly.
Basic understanding of Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
Must be physically fit for routine office support work.
Knowledge of the local Patna area will be an advantage.
