Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
Create engaging content, captions, creatives, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertisements to improve reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research and support SEO activities to improve website visibility.
Manage website content and ensure regular updates.
Develop monthly social media content calendars and campaign plans.
Track website traffic, social media performance, advertising results, and lead generation.




Prepare regular digital marketing reports and provide insights based on campaign performance.
Coordinate with the HR, Sales, and other departments for promotional requirements.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging digital marketing prospects.
Handle online promotions for products, services, offers, events, and company activities.
Manage online reputation and respond appropriately to customer comments and enquiries.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
