We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Clinical Project Assistant in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing clinical projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, researchers, and support staff.
Prepare and review study protocols, informed consent forms, and other regulatory documents.
Ensure compliance with Valuable Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.




Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as biology, pharmacy, or medicine.
Proven experience in a clinical trial setting or similar role.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Robust attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements is an asset.
