Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced TIBCO BusinessWorks Developer with solid hands-on experience in TIBCO BW 5.x, TIBCO EMS, and IBM MQ/WebSphere MQ. The candidate will be responsible for developing, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise integration applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and support integration processes using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x.
Design and configure messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS and IBM MQ.
Develop and maintain SOAP/REST web services and data transformation processes.
Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Support business-critical applications and handle P1/P2 production incidents.
Monitor application logs, alerts, and integration workflows.
Work with Git/SVN and Jenkins/CI-CD tools.
Support build and deployment activities.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
Work in Agile/Scrum and ITIL-based production support settings.
