5 Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure a transparent understanding of MEP / HVAC requirements and project timelines.
6 Ensuring project installations meet the highest industry standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.
7 Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors for MEP / HVAC services, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
8 Investigate and implement creative MEP / HVAC technologies and sustainable practices to improve project efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and provide customers with state-of-the-art systems.
9 Set detailed guidelines on project execution standards and get implemented through the team.
10 Determine quality metrics for all project execution procedures.
11 Review on irregular / nonstandard practices and suggest corrective actions.
12 Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the total quality of project execution.
