Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with relevant experience in the aviation industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials and services, coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotations, negotiating commercial terms, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery.

The candidate must be willing to work near Delhi Airport and should have their own conveyance for commuting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle procurement of aviation-related materials, spare parts, consumables, tools, equipment, and services.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable vendors.
Obtain and compare quotations based on cost, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms with vendors.
Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with Stores, Finance, and other departments for material receipt,



invoice verification, and payment processing.
Monitor pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and aviation industry requirements.
Support urgent and local purchases whenever required.
Assist in vendor performance evaluation and cost-control initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Aviation, or a related field.
1 to 4 years of experience specifically in procurement.
Knowledge of aviation materials, spares, consumables, or airport-related services will be preferred.
Valuable vendor-management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email correspondence, and procurement documentation.
Familiarity with ERP or procurement software will be an advantage.
Must be willing to work near Delhi Airport.
Must have their own conveyance for commuting.
Immediate or short-notice joiners will be preferred.
