Job Summary
Shree Sai Developers is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Real Estate Calling Executives to join our team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
We are open to freshers with excellent communication skills as well as candidates with prior experience in real estate calling, telecalling, telesales or customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in real estate projects.
- Explain project details, offers and other relevant information to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project information.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain qualified communication with customers.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate calling or customer service will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
