Role Overview

We are looking for Freelance BDE / Sales Partners who can help us expand our client base by identifying companies with recruitment requirements and bringing new business opportunities to TrueSearch.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with experience or networks in business development, recruitment sales, HR services, staffing, or corporate client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach companies with active or upcoming hiring requirements.
- Generate qualified recruitment and staffing leads.
- Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Founders, and decision-makers.
- Introduce TrueSearch HR Services and our recruitment solutions.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the TrueSearch recruitment team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Follow up with prospects and support conversion of leads into active clients.

Commission Structure

Earn 8% Commission on the recruitment fees actually received by TrueSearch HR Services from clients introduced by you.

- Commission is applicable when the client payment is successfully received by TrueSearch.
- No fixed salary; this is a performance-based freelance opportunity.
- The more clients and hiring requirements you generate, the more you can earn.
