Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct chemical composition testing of steel heats and samples.
- Operate Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES/Spectro) for steel analysis.
- Test samples received from the furnace and record heat-wise results.
- Analyze elements such as Carbon, Silicon, Manganese, Chromium, Nickel, Molybdenum, etc.
- Provide timely test results to the Furnace and Production Teams.
- Maintain heat-wise chemical analysis reports and laboratory records.
- Perform Spectro calibration, standardization and basic troubleshooting.
- Support the Furnace Team in heat correction and alloy addition based on test results.
- Ensure accuracy and proper handling of samples and laboratory equipment.

Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma in Metallurgy / B.Tech Metallurgy
Experience: 2–5 years in Steel Plant / Foundry / Alloy Steel Industry
Must Have: Practical knowledge of Spectro/OES operation and steel chemical analysis.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
