The Labour Recruitment Officer (LRO) will be responsible for identifying and recruiting suitable workers as per the manpower requirements of the company. The role involves field visits to nearby villages and towns, candidate sourcing, explaining job opportunities and company benefits, screening candidates, joining formalities, and maintaining recruitment records. The LRO will also build and maintain contacts with local communities, follow up with selected candidates until joining, coordinate with the HR team, and achieve assigned recruitment targets. The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, willingness to travel, and a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence. Freshers with good interpersonal and communication skills may also apply.
