Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee complete RCM operations Charge Entry, Coding, Billing, Payment Posting, Denial Management, and AR follow-up.

• Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets.

• Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.

• Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and team development activities.

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold Prochants quality and operational standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams for workflow optimization and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in US Healthcare RCM with complete process knowledge.





• Experience as a Team Lead or Acting Senior Team Lead in RCM Operations.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage escalations, and deliver results.

• DME (Durable Medical Equipment) process knowledge is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in RCM tools, EHR systems, and MS Office applications.

• Preference for candidates with valuable stability in previous roles
