General responsibilities
- Monitoring: Perform 24/7 monitoring of video, alerts, or data feeds to ensure continuous oversight.
- Deterrence/Prevention: Detect and deter attempted crimes in ATMs, branches, and retail locations, or identify and escalate medical emergencies.
- Alert management: Handle, manage, and action alert base monitoring tickets, prioritizing by severity and reducing false positives.
- Process adherence: Maintain 100% schedule and process adherence, ensuring no tasks are missed.
- Performance: Achieve individual and process-related performance targets.
- Escalation: Escalate issues to supervisors or relevant teams as per protocol.
- Record keeping: Document actions, maintain records, and generate reports as needed.
