Befach International seeks a passionate Operations Specialist to manage our business processes using the Zoho suite of applications. We're looking for a long-term team member who is enthusiastic about driving growth and efficiency.
Job Overview:
Streamline operations, enhance customer relationships, and drive growth using Zoho applications, including CRM, Campaigns, and Books.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and customer relationships using Zoho CRM
- Implement marketing automation strategies with Zoho Campaigns
- Handle financial operations through Zoho Books
- Integrate and optimize workflows across Zoho applications
- Analyze data to improve operational efficiency
- Train team members on Zoho suite applications
- Develop standard operating procedures and implement automation




Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 1+ years of experience with Zoho suite applications
- Solid analytical and communication skills
- Understanding of import/export processes
- Passion for operational excellence and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional Zoho applications
- Knowledge of Deluge scripting and API integrations
