• Manages part of an account for Professional Talent Solutions within a market, develops client relationships, is involved in negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments. Has understanding of business, financials, services, the market(s) and the needs of assigned accounts.




• Understands and analyzes the client's industry, business goals, challenges, and competitive landscape to provide guidance and deliver solutions in the areas of engineering, IT, finance, healthcare, HR, education, legal, marketing & communications
• Conducts client research to identify opportunities to increase satisfaction and wallet share and remain informed on industry trends
• Addresses and resolves clients' issues or challenges, starting to take the lead in finding solutions and ensuring a positive experience for clients'
• Prepares and conducts presentations, supports negotiations and contract discussions to secure new and complex business opportunities for recruitment of management and specialist positions
• Identifies potential risks within client accounts, such as declining satisfaction or service delivery challenges, and proposes mitigation strategies to the internal or client team
