Design and develop LV wiring harnesses for HV battery pack applications, including HV wiring integration.
Create circuit schematics and 2D drawings using CHS Logic and CHS XC software
Select and size LV electrical components such as wires, connectors, terminals, relays, fuses, and protection materials including tapes, HST, and corrugated tubes.
Prepare and verify LVHV BOMs and suggest alternate material for different child parts including cost optimization.
Critique wiring harness routing, packaging studies, and bundle optimization using 3D CAD tools such as CATIA or equivalent software.
Define and implement LV harness protection concepts within the battery pack, covering abrasion resistance, thermal protection, EMC, sealing, mechanical protection, and environmental exposure requirements. Ensure harnesses manufacturing quality complies
