Essential: Post graduate degree or diploma in
Human Resource management / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations/MSW
(2 years Full Time) from Institute of repute. Knowledge of labour laws is
essential.
Desired Degree/ Diploma in Labour Law
Experience
Around 12+years of experience in Plant IR/ER function
preferably in the Manufacturing sector with minimum 1000 and above workforce.
Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience as
Head ER/ IR or 5+ Years’ experience as second in command in Employee Relation
function in large organization.
